The Young Champion Ambassador program is an Olympic Leadership program, that is designed to prepare young adults to become confident leaders and personalities of tomorrow.

The program launched in 2015 with the aspiration to link young adults with the birthplace of the Olympic Movement and galvanize excitement for the US Olympic Museum.

We use data to understand students' and parents' needs and aspirations. We use tested reinforcement learning practices that increased student engagement & attention. We developed a curriculum that balances between traditional and creative educational modalities to augment leadership skills and career readiness. We infuse Olympic Values through inspirational stories, often told first hand. We offer amazing learning materials. We focus on participants developing strong friendships that last a lifetime. We offer a one of a kind educational trip to the origin of the Olympic Games in Greece at the end of the program.

Within only 3 years, YCA transformed to a global premier leadership program. Today, YCA enjoys recognition around the world as there are YCA programs in the US, Europe and Asia. YCA has also recently become part of the official International Olympic Academy.
